Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Underwriter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Underwriting loans to investor/agency guidelines
  • Making credit decisions on conventional and government loans
  • Reviewing and calculating income

Required Skills:

  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Desktop Underwriter, Loan Prospector
  • Up to date on RESPA and MDIA
  • Min of 4 years' underwriting experience with at least 3 years' recent experience underwriting FHA and VA loans
  • Experience with FHA/VA loans
  • Ability to handle high volumes of loans
  • AUS experience
