Job Summary

A policyholder-owned insurance firm is in need of a Remote Senior Underwriter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Planning and budgeting for the book of business
  • Selecting risks in line with strategy and underwriting guidelines
  • Delivering excellent referral service to more junior Underwriters on the Underwriting team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 7 years high net worth underwriting experience
  • Demonstrated technical expertise and product specific knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills in addition to strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
