Job Summary
A health services company is in need of a Remote Senior Underwriting Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing underwriting analysis, risk assessment for new and/or renewal of group contracts and accountings
- Applying underwriting guidelines and escalates underwriting exceptions/financial variances
- Reviewing work with mentor/manager and respond to requests for pricing and/or accounting balance alternative
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated success prioritizing work and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with others to meet/exceed expectations
- Experience working with standard Microsoft Office products
- Can prepares and deliver routine new business quotes and/or existing business renewals and/or accountings
