Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior User Experience Design Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Understand the execution side of UX as well as the business aspect of the products
- Be committed to creating elegantly simple user experiences from otherwise complex workflows
- Collaborate with leaders of other UX, Engineering, and Product Management teams to create innovative experiences
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field
- 10 years of experience in product design or UX
- 5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams
- 3 years of work experience working with executive leaders
- 7 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization is ideal
- Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions is preferred
