- Navigating the constraints of a highly regulated industry while meeting external and internal compliance needs
- Facilitating user research, in collaboration with the team, to validate ideas and prototypes
- Being the voice and advocate of the customer, while sharing data and insights with the team reflecting customer needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong technical aptitude, product common sense, and curiosity combined with a genuine love for products, people, and user experience
- Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, XD, and more
- A portfolio of software design that demonstrates outstanding interaction design skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in user experience or interactive visual design
- Previous knowledge and experience with compliance and regulatory constraints in fintech helpful
- Practical base understanding of HTML/CSS, with direct experience optimizing design concepts
