Job Summary

An online university for adult learners is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior User Experience Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Producing designs that will effectively motivate others to do their best work
• Applying industry standards and best practices
• Being an advocate for design recommendations

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, user interface designer, or similar
• Have a college degree or similar experience
• Must have a portfolio showing quality work across web and/or mobile
• Proven history and ability to carry out difficult assignments
• Experience talking to learners and staff members in order to gain insight into their pain points
