Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Senior User Experience Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct UX research to help the team make and validate decisions
• Create and execute designs
• Help devise strategies to bring clarity, coherence, and consistency in design language across a variety of customer-facing web applications

Qualifications Include:

• 4+ years of experience in a design role
• A portfolio demonstrating competency as a senior designer
• Experience with digital tools creating artifacts that illustrate complex workflows in order to define problems and find solutions
• Fluency in design tools
• Experience abstracting narrow design decisions into broad, reusable design patterns across multiple software products
