- Creating and testing your design solutions to validate the value, usefulness and usability
- Contributing effective documentation and communication to the user experience
- Working in an Agile work environment that requires strong independent problem-solving skills
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5yrs of related industry experience or
- Master’s degree with 3yrs of related industry experience
- A user-centric mindset with the ability to balance UX best practices with project goals
- Proven experience with using a variety of user research, prototyping and visual design tools
- Experience designing solutions for end-to-end scenarios that involve multiple users and personas
- Ability to translate company goals and objectives into high-performing digital experiences
