Job Summary

An SMS marketing web-based platform has a current position open for a Remote Senior User Experience Designer in Miami.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Discovering and resolving UX challenges
  • Refactoring UX to accommodate a growing product and leave margin for unexpected growth
  • Putting together a strategy to operationalize user sensing

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction, Graphic, or Industrial Design preferred or in “STEM” Majors
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in product or service design OR OR Associates Degree and a minimum of 10 years
  • Ability to simplify complex interactions into intuitive user experiences
  • Ability to use participatory design activities
  • Skilled in standard design & wireframing tools
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
