Job Summary

A creator of employee wellbeing software is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior User Experience Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Empower designers to lead
Work with designers in critiques and reviews to ensure quality
Define and influence UX operational processes and mechanisms

Required Skills:

BA/BS or MA/MS in design, HCI or related field (or equivalent experience)
8-10 years in UX Design, including 5 years or more managing direct UX Designer reports
Previous domain experience in digital health innovation or related categories
Fluency in user-centered design methodology
Well-versed in Figma, Jira, the Adobe suite and other operational tools and norms
Research experience
