Job Summary

A provider of real estate services is seeking a Remote Senior User Experience Researcher.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting generative research that guides the development of new, innovative products
• Identifying ways for us to improve our experience across all of our touchpoints
• Designing and executing research plans

Qualifications Include:

• Masters in HCI, Sociology, Psychology, Information Science, (or similar), or equivalent experience
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
• 5+ years of research experience with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods
• A track record of discovering, synthesizing, and socializing actionable insights
• Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams
• A strong grasp on how to clearly, concisely, and persuasively communicate research findings
