Job Summary
A software technology company is in need of a Remote Senior User Experience Researcher.
Must be able to:
- Run end-to-end UX research
- Resolve ambiguity by working with high-level requirements
- Stay current on emerging research, industry, and technology trends
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ of experience owning and leading user research projects in B2B software development or equivalent
- You have practical experience with a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- You have expertise in remote usability testing, scenario development, moderated and unmoderated methods
- You have a BA/BS in psychology, sociology, anthropology, human computer interaction or related discipline
- You communicate clearly and can present complex concepts clearly across different audiences
- You have hands-on experience with remote testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, field research
