Job Summary
A retail software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior User Experience Researcher.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and sharing processes and best practices to build our research discipline
- Collaborating well with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to support research needs
- Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research for cross-product, new products, or major initiatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience in user research
- Expertise in a range of methods that cover both qualitative and quantitative needs
- Familiarity with a range of user research and testing tools or vendors for either moderated or unmoderated sessions
- Strong ResearchOps mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
