Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior User Experience Researcher.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading sessions to analyze the results of user research with cross-functional teams
- Conducting moderated and unmoderated qualitative user research
- Matching qualitative findings with quantitative data to uncover new insights about our users
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's, or equivalent degree, in User Research, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with complex, enterprise-level products for web and mobile
- Advanced knowledge of UserTesting.com or a similar tool
- Experience working with Google Analytics, Looker, Heap, or a similar tool
- Ability to conduct qualitative research and analyze quantitative data
- 5+ years of experience in User Research or a related field
