Remote Senior User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior User Experience Researcher.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading sessions to analyze the results of user research with cross-functional teams
• Conducting moderated and unmoderated qualitative user research
• Matching qualitative findings with quantitative data to uncover new insights about our users

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's, or equivalent degree, in User Research, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with complex, enterprise-level products for web and mobile
• Advanced knowledge of UserTesting.com or a similar tool
• Experience working with Google Analytics, Looker, Heap, or a similar tool
• Ability to conduct qualitative research and analyze quantitative data
• 5+ years of experience in User Research or a related field
