A software services company has an open position for a Remote Senior User Experience Researcher.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Building research practices from the ground
Leading and applying various research methods to investigate complex customer problems
Translating customer needs into actionable insights that guide product, design, and marketing decisions

Qualifications Include:

4+ years experience in leading and conducting UX research
Multi-faceted researcher with experience using various research methods
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with conducting research for complex SaaS products
Ability to calibrate research efforts for quick-twitch to more in-depth discovery
