Job Summary
A computer software and technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior User Researcher.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Define and measure UX approaches, metrics, and work with core stakeholders on research planning
- Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data
- Build and execute impactful research plan(s) that provide market and customer insights to impact strategy and UX
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 0-25 %
- MA/MS in computer science, market research or related field, or BA/BS with significant industry experience
- 5+years of hands-on research and/or product planning experience
- Desire to work in-stride with other people: PMs, designers, other researchers, marketers
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to balance business motivations, value to company and external partners
