Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Senior User Researcher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define and drive our research and analysis processes
- Design and execute studies that address user behaviors and attitudes
- Deliver impactful research insights to cross-functional teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years work experience in UX and research
- Solid understanding of best practices for conducting research in product design, technology, and business contexts
- Ability to plan, design, execute and communicate both strategic and tactical research engagements
- Proven ability to craft, and lead research studies end-to-end for strategic and tactical user inquiries
- Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
