Job Summary

A productivity software development company is in need of a Remote Senior User Researcher.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Getting studies in market faster by partnering with PMs and Designers
• Identifying and defining impactful research opportunities
• Ensuring we have a consistent stream of incoming insights

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years conducting user research studies within product-led technology organization
• Expert at analyzing qualitative data to optimize user behavior and trends
• Demonstrated business and/or product impact based on past research
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft the most impactful questions in user research studies
• Ability to design mixed methods approaches
