A real estate company is seeking a Remote Senior Utilities Right of Way Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures
  • Perform right-of-way negotiations and easement acquisitions
  • Prepare real estate documents

Required Skills:

  • Travel 25%
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Right of Way experience, including acquisition experience
  • Idaho Notary
  • Valid Driver’s License
