Job Summary

An online learning company is filling a position for a Remote Senior UX and UI Career Services Product Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing platform usage data and conducting research with community members
  • Establishing OKRs and business strategy to help drive the business forward
  • Identifying product opportunities and translating them into prioritized roadmaps

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a product manager
  • Experience working on recruiting/employment products and/or programs
  • Have demonstrated experience in building and shipping high-quality software
  • Strong skills in partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver software
  • Are savvy about what good product development looks like
  • Have expertise in creating products that help entry-level talent get hired
