Job Summary
A creative services agency has an open position for a Remote Senior UX Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing moderate to complex products and features that directly impact the user experience
- Actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the user experience
- Bringing User Centered Design process methodology leadership to digital applications from concept to launch
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in User Centered Design, or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience working professionally in the field
- 10+ years of experience
- Demonstrated high-level understanding of UX best practices
- Experience creating highly detailed annotated wireframes, user flows and process flows within ecommerce experiences and marketing sites
- Ability to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX work
- Experience planning user research including A/B and multi-variant testing and ability to distill usability tests results and turn them into actionable interface results
