Job Summary

A marketing services company is in need of a Remote Senior UX Designer.

Must be able to:

• Mentor and lead team members in understanding UX best practices, learning and executing processes, and building their skills
• Support development efforts through the use of wireframes, flow diagrams, rapid prototypes, and/or high-fidelity mockups to help communicate and validate design ideas
• Engage in ongoing, close collaboration with team members during the development cycle including impromptu discussions and brainstorming activities as well as pairing with engineers and product managers on design

Qualifications Include:

• Knowledge of Agile UX and Lean UX methodologies.
• A portfolio of software design that demonstrates both interaction design skills and high-fidelity UI visual design for web applications
• Thorough knowledge and experience with the product development process and leading the UX efforts throughout each step
• Familiarity with Design Thinking practices, facilitating cross-functional ideation, or Design Sprints
• Knowledge of Agile UX and Lean UX methodologies
