Job Summary
A company that provides consulting and direct hire staffing solutions in research and development is in need of a Remote Senior UX Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Understanding requirements, and providing creative, thoughtful solutions for complex design and technical problems
- Refining, identifying, and defining design patterns, standards, methods, and/or processes with your team
- Creating solutions that demonstrate knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of the technology stack
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience designing across multiple platforms
- 1 years experience as a Senior Designer/Researcher leading strategy and design across a team
- Experience collaborating and communicating with senior stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with UX design teams throughout the design process
- Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions
