Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Senior UX Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build a growing team of UX Designers - a team of currently 30
- Serve as a manager, mentor, team builder, and operator for the team itself
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least a couple of years of experience managing a UX team + at least 7 years of experience as a UX Designer/Researcher
- A good understanding of different needs and approaches required when managing and mentoring designers of varying career levels
- Experience with UX design, user research, and user centered development tools and processes
