Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Senior UX Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Build a growing team of UX Designers - a team of currently 30
Serve as a manager, mentor, team builder, and operator for the team itself

Qualifications for this position include:

At least a couple of years of experience managing a UX team + at least 7 years of experience as a UX Designer/Researcher
A good understanding of different needs and approaches required when managing and mentoring designers of varying career levels
Experience with UX design, user research, and user centered development tools and processes
