Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is filling a position for a Remote Senior UX Research Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Contribute to design best practices for the company's digital products
• Manage, coach, and lead a team of product designers
• Build and translate product design guidelines to create a seamless customer experience

Qualifications Include:

• Proficiency in Figma or Sketch
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in user-centered design
• Minimum of 3 years experience with management
• Fluency with prototyping tools
• Demonstrated capability in creating and maintaining UX design systems
• Experience using Pendo or other analytics software to measure design performance
