Job Summary

A media and entertainment company is filling a position for a Remote Senior UX Researcher.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Establishing UX research processes and methodologies that add to the foundation of the UX Design practice
• Standardizing the "packaging" and communication of UX research findings via report templates, processes, ceremonies, and impactful business artifacts
• Working closely with end users, product owners, UX/UI designers, and development teams to form and end-to-end picture what our users need from our business applications

Required Skills:

• Degree(s) in Industrial/Product Design, Design Strategy, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive or Experimental Psychology or related field.
• Case studies or portfolio of your previous work demonstrating your expertise and skill in user experience research and your impact on the work
• Demonstrated expertise turning user experience research into tangible, actionable business artifacts (i.e., reports, surveys, diagrams, lo-fidelity wireframes, videos, etc.)
• Ability to establish and maintain an insights-driven research program with well-defined and documented structure
