Job Summary
An artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics company has an open position for a Remote Senior UX Researcher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify user goals and build usability test plans that get at the heart of the user’s experience and continually improve it
- Drive interactive design activities to improve user interfaces through wireframing, prototyping and ideation workshops
- Document research and testing including notes, photos, audio, video, and research reports
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in building and conducting end user research for software development
- Know the strengths and shortcomings of various research methods
- Experience with diverse UX research tools, remote testing tools and online collaboration tools
