Job Summary

A management consulting company is seeking a Remote Senior UX UI Designer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Implementing a UX vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Building empathy with users
  • Ideating individually and collaboratively to discover and develop user experiences

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, human computer interaction or related field
  • 5+ years of applied UX design experience in the software industry
  • Able to provide a portfolio demonstrating a strong design process and deliverables
  • 3+ years of experience in creation of and work with design systems
  • 3+ years of experience in creation of designs that are easy to use, accessible, and visually appealing to the user
  • 3+ years experience in expert usage of tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Sketch
