Job Summary

A creative staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Senior UX UI Designer in McLean.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Know how to apply traditional design philosophies, user research, and customer insights to inform our features and interfaces
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in the field of ux/ui design or in a related area
  • Proficiency with standard digital design software and wireframe tools
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS and/or Github
  • Experience and a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web applications
  • Attention to detail when documenting design standards and guidelines
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
