Job Summary
A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior UX Writer and Content Strategist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create content strategy deliverables including (but not limited to) content models and content audits
- Translate complex concepts into simple, easy to understand copy and microcopy
- Influence and contribute heavily to the development and deployment of the company voice, tone and personality
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Technical Writing, Creative Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years UX writing or content strategy experience
- A portfolio that displays an exceptional understanding of user-centered, thoughtful writing, strategy and storytelling
- Familiarity in a variety of design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Lucid, Google Suite
- Solid working knowledge of JIRA and participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming and other Agile ceremonies
- Demonstration of a deep understanding of user experience process
