Job Summary

A market intelligence company specializing in background checks is in need of a Remote Senior Verifications Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing admin support services to U.S. Verifications Unit via efforts to obtain verifications on non-criminal related background elements
• Ensure that their work is completed in accordance with the established FADV policies, procedures and standard
• Support their manager, as well as other members of the team, with implementation of process improvement initiatives when needed

Required Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• High quality telephone etiquette
• Expert with MS Office Suite, most notably with Excel
