Job Summary
A financial services company specializing in small business loans is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Vice President Commercial Loan Resolution Manager in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and monitoring a Commercial loan portfolio of distressed assets
- Preparing annual budget for collection of static pool of impaired loans
- Verifying that all ARA’s reviewed pleadings and procedural documentation are compliant and accurate
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Juris Doctorate Preferred
- Experience managing a staff handling case management
- Timely management of case loads
- Knowledge of credit risk, risk assessment, collateral analysis, market trends, and structuring to develop recovery strategy recommendations
- Technical competency in credit, risk assessment, collateral analysis, market trends, and structuring to develop recovery strategy recommendations
- Previous experience in litigation legal support and familiarity with litigation management tools
