Job Summary
A software technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Vice President Executive Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Inputting Executive's monthly expense reports
- Maintaining the Executive's schedule across multiple timezones & changing calendars
- Ensuring the Executive is prepared for upcoming meetings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting executives in a high-growth start-up environment
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Adaptable; knows how to pivot when needed, can anticipate needs & has exceptional follow-through at all times
- Interest and experience implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
