Job Summary
A game development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Video Game Customer Relationship Management Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead tactical strategy and channel planning for marketing campaigns
- Drive audience engagement and retention to support overall revenue goals
- Provide analysis and reporting on campaign success
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing degree OR equivalent experience and education
- At least 5 years in CRM or lifecycle marketing
- Experience with Growth Marketing, ideally at a gaming/entertainment company or at an agency
- Understanding of CRM channel best practices and trends
- Experience with ESP or CRM platform(s) such as Iterable, Litmus, etc
- Have a strong understanding of player audiences and cohorts
