Remote Senior Vigilance MDR Manager

Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Vigilance MDR Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Helping to develop and maintain group methodology and best practices to ensure all regional teams meet their objectives
• Overseeing the continued implementation and development of virtual teams and projects
• Overseeing your team members' responses to client escalations to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

• At least 5 years of security operations leadership experience
• Proven ability to inspire and lead team members and projects
• Proven experience managing complex customer issues
• Proven record of mentorship and team building in a global company
• Experienced cooperation with various RnD teams to resolve technical issues and implement new internal and external features
