Leading technical initiatives remotely, the full-time salaried Remote Senior Virtual Desktop Lead will provide mentorship, oversee troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise virtualization solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to system administrators and engineering staff
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex infrastructure issues and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Design and implement enterprise virtual desktop solutions while maintaining Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix environments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Five years of relevant systems administration or enterprise infrastructure experience
- Experience administering Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
- Experience supporting Windows Server and enterprise virtual desktop environments
- Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management
