Job Summary
Leading technical initiatives for Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix environments, the full-time Remote Senior Virtual Desktop Lead will provide mentorship, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and design enterprise virtualization solutions while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops engineering initiatives
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex infrastructure issues, coordinating cross-functional teams to implement long-term solutions
- Configure, administer, and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix environments, ensuring successful delivery of virtualization initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Five years of relevant systems administration or enterprise infrastructure experience
- Experience administering Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or comparable platforms
- Experience supporting Windows Server and enterprise virtual desktop environments
- Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management
