Job Summary

An e-learning company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Visual Designer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating compelling, easy, and joyful experiences that support the individual needs of every student and teacher
• Leveraging your understanding of our user archetypes to inform design decisions that will deliver in-flight features and experiences that effectively solve user problems
• Partnering cross-functionally to plan, conduct, and analyze customer research and user testing to test and evolve design solutions

Required Skills:

• Ability to provide an exceptional design portfolio that reflects shipped and currently-in-market products
• 4+ years of relevant, consumer-facing product design experience
• Demonstrated creations that are engaging, visually delightful, well organized, and emotionally resonate with users
• Demonstrated ability to design within an established overall visual brand and extending that visual brand system
• Demonstrated strong understanding of current Visual/UI best practices and expertise using industry standard design tools
• Ability to execute visual designs based on a strong understanding of web and mobile-web platform technology
