Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Voice of the Customer Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering closely with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders
- Designing and gathering voice of market/voice of customer feedback
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of work experience with 3+ years in a “Voice of” customer/consumer role
- Advanced in PowerPoint & Excel, and preferably in experience management platforms
- Ability to understand how to breakdown problems, and drive through execution
