Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Voice of the Customer Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering closely with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Designing and gathering voice of market/voice of customer feedback

Position Requirements Include:

  • 6+ years of work experience with 3+ years in a “Voice of” customer/consumer role
  • Advanced in PowerPoint & Excel, and preferably in experience management platforms
  • Ability to understand how to breakdown problems, and drive through execution
