Job Summary

An IT and professional services consulting company is seeking a Remote Senior VoIP Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing Cisco CUCM and UCCX system
  • Working on and resolving Service Now tickets
  • Planning and executing VoIP Infrastructure upgrade

Position Requirements Include:

  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level III certification
  • One of CASP or CISSP certifications
  • One of Computing Environment (CE) Certifications: CCIE, CCNP or CCVP
  • 10 years experience as a telecommunications/voice systems specialist
  • Ability to act as liaison with internal and external strategic partners
