Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior VoiP Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex quality issues
  • Lead the design and architecture of our next-generation voice and faxing services
  • Act as an escalation point for carrier-side circuit or routing issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of professional experience working with SIP and SBC’s
  • Knowledge of TDM technology and terminology
  • Knowledge of routing protocols, switching, and TCP/IP
  • Knowledge of public and private cloud environments
