Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Senior VUI Architect.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as thought leader in area of caller experience, etc.
- Developing and implementing metrics that track the success of application deployments
- Maintaining, evolving, and promoting the Interactions’ brand caller experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel as required for design, estimated to be 10-20%
- Fifteen plus years of relevant experience
- Excellent writing ability
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate group discussions with clients and internal teams
- Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with senior level executives
