Job Summary
A federal consultancy specializing in cybersecurity and information assurance needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Vulnerability Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing website scans by manual testing to determine/ID legitimate and false positive findings
- Providing finding reports to system/application POCs
- Providing remediation recommendations to system POCs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in a directly related curriculum from an accredited institution
- Have 5 years of professional experience
- Have an understanding of industry cybersecurity guidance's and standards (e.g. NIST, SANS, etc.)
- Have Industry Certification (CISSP, CISM)
- Have strong oral and written communication skills
- Have an understanding of common and critical website vulnerabilities/misconfigurations
