Remote Senior Water Stewardship Consultant

Job Summary

An environmental group activation company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Water Stewardship Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the delivery of client engagements
• Managing client expectations as well helping them optimize value
• Supporting clients in conducting water accounting/footprinting

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a sustainability practitioner, with expertise in water stewardship
• Demonstrated proficiency in Science-Based Target Network’s freshwater methodology
• Experience with value chain water accounting (quantity and quality) and blue/green/grey water footprinting
• Expertise in conducting nature-related impacts and dependencies assessments across freshwater and biodiversity
• Experience conducting basin-level and local/operational water risk assessments
• Nature-related risk assessment experience (ENCORE, EXIOBASE, Bioscope, IBAT, STAR)
