Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Web Software Development Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building roadmap for website projects, working in collaboration with key stakeholders and developers
  • Leading a team of 5 web developers and content authors and collaborating with various cross-functional teams
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

Position Requirements Include:

  • BS Degree in marketing, business, computer science or similar field
  • 8+ years in web operations and / or web development
  • 5+ years managing a high-performing web development team
  • Familiar with marketing technologies to enable integration of the website with external tools and APIs
  • Strong adherence to security and performance best practices
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
