A HR tech startup is seeking a Remote Senior Website Developer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and developing company website’s architecture
  • Building, deploying, and maintaining a performant, accessible, and modern website
  • Bringing "static" mockups to life optimized for accessibility and conversion

Position Requirements Include:

  • Highly proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
  • Strong background in web performance principles and page speed optimization techniques
  • Understanding SEO implementation and best practices
  • UI/UX design sensibility, and experience developing with accessibility in mind
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
  • 2-5 years of web development experience to have the skills mentioned above
