An equal housing opportunity lending company has an open position for a Remote Senior Wholesale Mortgage Underwriter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as subject-matter expert
- Reviewing loan applications
- Calculating consumers' income
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Active DE CHUMS, LAPP, and SAR certifications/designations
- 5+ years of residential mortgage underwriting experience INCLUDING
- 3+ years with multiple designated certifications
- Advanced knowledge of loan origination investor guidelines
