A wholesale and consumer lending agency is filling a position for a Remote Senior Wholesale Underwriter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Performing a thorough analysis to ensure the quality of each loan
  • Performing a thorough analysis of collateral to ensure property meets guidelines
  • Applying and interpreting company underwriting guidelines

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of FHA mortgage underwriting work experience
  • FHA Direct Endorsement designation and/or VA SAR designation
  • DU and LP experience
