Job Summary
An online freelance marketplace has a current position open for a Remote Senior Work Management Product Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Prioritizing features that need to be built with a balance of near-term results
- Defining product roadmap for Work Management, working closely with functional partners and engineering leaders
- Translating marketplace requirements into generic work management platform capabilities
Position Requirements Include:
- Have owned end-to-end creation of platform strategy
- Deep understanding of partner needs, make trade-offs, and build agreement around roadmap decisions
- Data-driven with a strong focus on conversions and NPS through planning and experimentation
- Proficient interpersonal communicator; able to influence a wide range of collaborators all across the organization
- Subject matter expertise in technologies and different technology integrations required to bring product solutions to market
- Prior experience working on offers, contracts, and payment integrations
