An insurance and wealth management company is seeking a Remote Senior Workday Benefits Configuration Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects
- Serving as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of services
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality services and products to clients
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum seven years of experience supporting enterprise HRIS applications
- Expert knowledge and hands on experience of Benefits and Security configuration and integration
- Understanding of Workday Benefits plans and setup, annual enrollment and other processes
- Ability to enhance the Benefits module and system wide Workday security with new setup, new functionality for all kinds of business needs
